Patty & Bun

I decided to change the layout on a whim. Hopefully, this will be be easier to navigate. Alrighty, back to the regular food stuff. In case you guys have been wondering, I haven't exploded into a pile of LARD from all the eating in London. I have been TOTALLY obsessed with barre classes and have been going everyday.  Patty and Bun is my favourite burger joint in the whole of London and that says a lot because I do eat alot of burgers. It does a nice, thick and juicy burger for a good price and don't you love it when the juices flow out and you use your fries to mop it up. Ok, I have a perversion. I have tried everything on the menu. Even the damn mushroom burger tastes like it has meat in it, but for a first timer, go for the Ari Gold. If you are going with someone else, get the rosemary fried and the BBQ wings. Unfortunately, on the time that I remembered to bring my trusty camera, I was alone and only got the fries. The best thing about it is that it is the PERFECT antidote to the Monday blues. Why? Go to Selfridges and buy something to cheer yourself up and then binge on the burgers at Patty & Bun. It is that close. Ok, the downsides, they are really tiny and they don't take reservations. One way of going around it is to go by yourself and simply squeeze to the front of the queue and smilze with your eyes like Tyra taught you in ANTM and politely ask if they will let you have the single stool at the bar. That is assuming that there is no other sad sack like yourself. If not, go in a group (preferably take a friend who has been so deprived of food in London and has only eaten shitty food while mugging for MRCP and hype it up such that he (also known as FQ) will be willing to stand in the cold at 7pm on a Sunday night). That was really specific, but ask FQ, the cold was worth it.
